By downloading or using Plumbline CCP Exam Prep (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is an independent study aid for the Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) examination. It provides practice questions, study tools, mock exams, and flashcards. It does not provide official certification, accreditation, or a guarantee of exam results.
Some features require an auto-renewing monthly subscription, billed through your Google Play account at the price shown in the App. The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription, including auto-renewal, in your Google Play account settings; cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. A free trial allowance is provided as described in the App and may change over time.
You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the App or its question bank, except as permitted by law.
Content is provided for study purposes on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy against the public source documents, we do not warrant that the content is error-free or current, and it is not professional, legal, or compliance advice. Always verify against the authoritative NIST and CMMC source materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plumbline Works is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including exam outcomes.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
